Requirements

3–5 years of consultative B2B sales or healthcare business development experience
Proven success in account management and referral growth
Strong coaching and collaboration skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate professional referral sources across healthcare and community organizations
Develop and execute market-based business development strategies
Build strong relationships with nonpaid and paid referral partners
Partner with Executive Directors and Sales leaders to grow occupancy
Coach and mentor Directors of Sales on outreach best practices
Coordinate trade shows, networking events, and professional presentations
Develop account plans and track referral activity in CRM systems
Monitor budgets and ensure compliance with admissions regulations
Stay current on industry trends and competitive market activity
