About The Position
CoverSafe is looking for an Area Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day operations of one of our growing service areas. This role is at the center of the action, working closely with customers, technicians, pool builders, and internal teams to coordinate schedules, solve problems, and keep our operation moving. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and doesn't wait to be told what needs to happen. You see it, own it, and follow it through.

Nice To Haves
- Experience in customer service, scheduling, coordination, construction, home services, or a related field is a plus, but your ability to learn, communicate, solve problems, and take ownership matters most.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate service and installation schedules while balancing customer needs, technician availability, geography, and changing priorities.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and ongoing communication.
- Create and maintain customer profiles, service orders, payment information, and job details.
- Prepare quotes and explain CoverSafe products, warranties, maintenance plans, and service options.
- Solve problems, communicate changes, and handle difficult conversations when necessary.
- Follow up on open jobs, customer concerns, outstanding invoices, and commitments through resolution.
- Build strong relationships with customers, pool builders, technicians, and internal teams.
- Support B2B relationships and participate in meetings with prospective customers.
