About The Position

This role will lead and oversee all field installation projects by supervising Field Managers, coordinating crews and resources, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5–7+ years of experience in exterior construction or siding installation, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing crews and field personnel
• Experience overseeing multiple crews and managing 8–15 direct and indirect reports
• Strong knowledge of exterior cladding systems, building codes, and blueprint reading
• Proficient in Google Suite, construction management software, scheduling, and resource planning tools
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills with a hands-on approach to field management

Nice To Haves

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards

• P&L Responsibility for multiple departments, divisions, or projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all field installation projects by supervising Field Managers, coordinating crews and resources, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
• Conduct regular job-site visits to monitor project progress, enforce installation best practices, resolve operational challenges, and maintain compliance with company SOPs and manufacturer requirements.
• Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing OSHA regulations, conducting safety audits and toolbox talks, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions to protect crews and job sites.
• Develop and mentor Field Managers and installation crews through coaching, performance evaluations, training initiatives, and succession planning to build a high-performing field operations team.
• Drive productivity, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction by monitoring labor and material performance, improving operational efficiency, resolving punch-list items, and coordinating schedules with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
