About The Position

Pizza Patron is looking for a dynamic Area Coach to oversee multiple restaurant locations, mentor management teams, and ensure business success through strategic planning and hands-on leadership. This role involves a mix of office time for business analysis, forecasting, scheduling, and planning, and significant restaurant time focused on coaching, development, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing and responding to guest feedback.
  • Experience in reporting (R365 and Daily Chex).
  • Experience in reviewing labor, sales, and food cost metrics.
  • Experience in managing invoices, tickets, and email communications.
  • Experience in recruiting and hiring key talent.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business analysis, forecasting, scheduling, and planning.
  • Perform structured visits to restaurant locations for coaching, development, and operational excellence.
  • Manage sales forecasting and labor optimization.
  • Oversee interviewing, hiring, and staff scheduling.
  • Manage inventory and food cost.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld.
  • Oversee new hire and recipe training.
  • Foster leadership development across all levels.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
  • Prepare teams for emergencies such as robberies, fires, or medical incidents.
  • Actively manage and respond to guest feedback.
  • Celebrate wins and address guest concerns with urgency and care.
  • Maintain R365 and Daily Chex reporting.
  • Review labor, sales, and food cost metrics daily.
  • Manage invoices, tickets, and email communications.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hire key talent from Hourly Supervisors to General Managers.
