About The Position

An Area Coach leads the performance of multiple restaurants by developing strong leaders, driving operational excellence, and ensuring consistent execution of brand standards. The Area Coach partners closely with Restaurant General Managers to improve guest experience, profitability, and team engagement while maintaining food safety and company standards.

Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to design and execute recruiting strategies, including social media campaigns, community partnerships, pipeline development, and employer branding.
  • Experience creating and facilitating training programs for employers and managers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Must pass a background check criterion
  • 3-5 years of successful, high sales volume, operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry or retail environment

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, select, and retain high-performing Restaurant General Managers and leadership teams.
  • Develop talent through ongoing coaching, feedback, and structured development plans.
  • Build bench strength by identifying and preparing future leaders for advancement.
  • Create a culture of accountability, inclusion, and engagement across all restaurants.
  • Drives customer-focused culture by serving as a role model in resolving customer issues and training managers to meet or exceed customer service standards.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and drive improvements.
  • Drive consistent execution of brand standards for excellent guest experience.
  • Partner with Restaurant General Managers (RGMS) to audit restaurants and align service standards.
  • Ensure consistent food safety and quality compliance.
  • Monitor Speed with Service (SWS) and coach teams to meet targets.
