About The Position

Area Aftersales Manager Victoria or Western Australia – Open to applications from both states Permanent Full Time About our Company Volkswagen Group is one of the world's leading automobile manufacturers, employing more than 600,000 people globally and selling its vehicles in more than 150 countries. The wholly-owned subsidiary has its National Sales Centre based in Sydney home to some of Australia's most recognisable brands which include Audi, CUPRA, Skoda and Volkswagen. About your new Role This role will be providing business development support, Aftersales operational support and expertise to the Volkswagen, Skoda and Cupra dealer network within an assigned geographical area. In response to identifying dealer performance issues and opportunities to improve the operational performance, this role will provide remedial and proactive support to all components of the Aftersales business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in an Automotive Aftersales capacity or/and have experience of senior account management, business development & consulting
  • Be able to excel in a corporate environment, through strong stakeholder management, communication, and attention to detail
  • Can do mindset, entrepreneurial thinking, influence outcomes
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence
  • Team player, Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously
  • Champion a strong work ethic coupled with sound judgment and customer focus
  • Be fluent in metrics/reporting as well as in the MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Building strong and trusting relationships with stakeholders
  • Driving business programs and initiatives
  • Regularly monitoring, assessing, ensuring targets are met/exceeded
  • Driving customer experience, monitoring and improvement of customer satisfaction and service retention
  • Proactively seeking high performance in all aftersales metrics and quantitative and qualitative solutions across the dealer network for the successful execution and continual improvement.
