Requirements

2+ years of experience in an administrative supervisory or leadership role
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume workflows
Proven team leadership and people-development skills
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt, lead change, and manage multiple priorities
Strong decision-making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Administrative Support Specialists
Meeting or exceeding assigned monthly performance metrics
Overseeing sales orders from submission through completion
Reviewing, posting, and resolving unpaid transactions and A/R-related issues
Providing administrative support to sales, service, and contract billing teams
Responding to customer inquiries and handle escalated requests
Partnering with Regional Sales and Service Managers to support business goals
Driving consistency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across administrative processes
