About The Position
The Archivist will engage in executing all archiving procedures to support GLP and non-GLP Studies. This role involves maintaining the archives database, monitoring protocol-specified archive storage requirements, managing offsite archives, and coordinating with sponsors for the return of study materials. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Experience in a regulated environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Pristima and/or other LIMS
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- BA/BS preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain the archives database to include but not limited to placing materials in archive and retrieving materials from archive as needed
- Monitor the protocol specified archive storage requirements and contact the sponsor when these requirements have been met to determine final disposition of the study material
- Manage offsite archives
- Contact and coordinate with Sponsors for return of study materials
- Other duties as assigned
