Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in system analysis, product analysis, or technology consulting.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially Generative AI and NLP (technical fluency, not coding depth).
  • Experience working with cloud‑based systems and API-driven architectures.
  • Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, and conversational AI concepts.
  • Experience supporting AI pilots and model evaluation initiatives.
  • Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance considerations.
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements for GenAI use cases.
  • Translate business questions into AI workflows, prompts, data needs, and system capabilities.
  • Work closely with engineers and architects to define functional and non‑functional requirements.
  • Support evaluation of GenAI models by defining success criteria, KPIs, and validation approaches.
  • Participate in PoCs and pilots by validating solution behavior against business expectations.
  • Create clear documentation, user stories, and process flows for GenAI solutions.
  • Facilitate communication across business, product, engineering, compliance, and operations teams.
