About The Position

AECOM is seeking an Architecture Intern to work during the summer at its Washington, DC/Arlington, Virginia offices. The position is expected to begin in Summer 2027. The role is part of an invitation-only hiring event in Arlington on November 18 and 19, which includes a Wednesday evening networking mixer and Thursday interviews at the Arlington office. The internship offers early-career exposure to AECOM projects, career paths, and professionals across its business lines.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture.
Must have completed three years of study in an applicable program.
U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.

Nice To Haves

Experience with BIM-Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Bluebeam Revu, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, SketchUp Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.
