About The Position

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Architecture Intern to join our team! Under close supervision of a licensed Architect, completes project assignments related to architectural or interior design. Assignments are designed to develop a practical knowledge of architectural and/or interior design standards, practices, and techniques. This position is part of our Federal Solutions team. The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe. Requirements

Must be enrolled in an Architectural or Interior Design curriculum at an accredited college or university and have completed typically 1+ year of studies.
Familiarity with CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with architectural and interior design is required.

Responsibilities

May utilize a CAD workstation to prepare basic architectural drawings.
Corrects simple red-lined architectural drawings within parameters set by others.
Compiles data and performs dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings.
May also complete basic sketches and layouts as directed.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
