About The Position

Join FCCI's Southwest Regional Office in Richardson, TX as an Architectural Delivery Specialist. This role involves laying the foundation for technical domain architecture, creating standards, guiding principles, and reference architecture. You will provide oversight and architecture governance for the technical domain, coach and train IT teammates on Guidewire platform developer certification, and support Application & Technology portfolio rationalization. The position requires creating blueprints and roadmaps for the technical domain, mapping enterprise architectures through solution and technical architectures to deliver business benefits and ensure resilience. You will be accountable for determining the right configuration of platforms to align with strategy (Application, Integration, Data/Information, Security) and establishing relevant infrastructure. Additionally, you will create and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and sample solutions to drive technology adoption. Building relationships and partnering with IT and business leaders to translate business requirements into enterprise-wide technological solutions is key. This role reports to the company regional office in Richardson, TX.

Requirements

  • Guidewire platform developer certification (training provided)
  • Experience in mapping enterprise architectures through solution and technical architectures.
  • Ability to determine platform configurations to suit strategy (Application, Integration, Data/Information, Security).
  • Skills in creating and delivering presentations, demos, and sample solutions.
  • Experience in partnering with IT and business leaders to translate business requirements into technological solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lay the foundation for technical domain architecture and create standards, guiding principles and reference architecture.
  • Provide oversight and Architecture governance for the technical domain.
  • Coach and train IT teammates on Guidewire platform developer certification.
  • Provide support for Application & Technology portfolio rationalization.
  • Create blueprints and roadmaps for the technical domain.
  • Map enterprise architectures through solution and technical architectures that deliver expected business benefits and prove to be resilient in the face of changing business requirements.
  • Determine the right configuration of the platforms to suit the (Application, Integration, Data/Information, Security) strategy and establish relevant infrastructure.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations, demos, sample solutions, and discussions to drive adoption of Technology.
  • Build relationships while partnering with IT and business leaders in a cohesive manner to elicit and translate business requirements into technological solutions that span across the enterprise.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $134,276 - $206,786 per year
