Architectural Technologist

Elevation CapitalVancouver, BC

About The Position

The Architectural Technologist is responsible for translating ambitious design vision into coordinated, buildable, and technically sound solutions across a portfolio of luxury and custom projects. Working on the owner/developer side, this role sits at the intersection of design and execution—ensuring that projects are delivered with precision, speed, and uncompromising quality. You will support the planning, coordination, and execution of complex builds, often involving remote or logistically challenging environments, bespoke design elements, and elevated construction standards. You will work closely with architects, consultants, and construction teams to resolve technical challenges, align design intent with real-world constraints, and maintain momentum across aggressive timelines. This role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in high-expectation environments where standard approaches are often insufficient. This is not a passive production role. It is an execution-focused position requiring ownership of drawing quality, coordination, and constructability across projects that demand a higher level of rigor than typical residential development.
