We offer a dynamic two-year Graduate scheme designed as an exceptional launchpad for a future Chartered Architectural Technologist. The program combines technical expertise with professional development through hands-on experiences with industry-leading teams, a personalized on-the-job training plan tailored to the Architecture department, and ongoing support from experienced professionals. You will actively contribute to a variety of projects, gaining invaluable experience and developing essential soft skills such as communication, collaboration, and leadership.

Requirements

  • 2:1 in a relevant architectural technologist degree, such as BSC (Hons) Architectural Technology.
  • Passionate and driven individuals who see Architecture not just as a profession, but as a calling.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional work, eager to embrace new challenges, and motivated by opportunities to grow and make a real impact.
  • Proactive mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of security clearance or assurance level for this role, in line with client and sector requirements.
  • May require additional nationality or residency criteria due to specific client or national security obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Producing specifications, reports, and drawings associated with the design and build of complex buildings.
  • Managing discrete architectural packages with guidance from a Senior architectural team member.
  • Quality generation and delivery of design documents and drawings to support the architectural team.
  • Using cutting-edge software to provide effective and sustainable designs for our clients.
