About The Position

LDI Mechanical is a leading HVAC and Architectural Sheet metal Multi-Family Contractor. We are looking for full-time, self-motivated and safety-minded individuals to join our team.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Sheet Metal installation experience (multi-family preferred) a plus
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds and work in varying job-site conditions
• Strong attention to safety and quality
• Ability to read blueprints and follow job specifications
• Must have reliable transportation to go to various jobsites in different counties in and out of the Bay Area
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass regular drug screen testing and a background check

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of Sheet Metal installation experience (multi-family preferred) a plus

Responsibilities

• Installing Sheet metal for new under-construction building decks, facades and roofs
• Building Expansion Joints
• Ensure installations meet code, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
• Work safely with sharp objects and power tools
• Ability to adapt and apply those skills quickly & efficiently
• Ability to work with others in a TEAM environment
• Able to work independently and full time
• Able to work on heights including Scaffolding
