About The Position

The Project Manager will be an instrumental member of Impact Housing’s Architecture team, which is fully responsible for the execution of its real estate development projects. Under the direction of the Sr Project Manager, the Project Manager will oversee all aspects of projects from start to finish by coordinating efforts involving the internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations management, architectural, or a related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, or other similar programs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex operational challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in operational management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in facilities management, construction operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust priorities based on changing business needs.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in budget management and performance monitoring.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Organization agility

Responsibilities

  • Planning, coordinating, and managing all architectural aspects of projects from conception to completion
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure the project aligns with architectural vision and design
  • Coordinating with construction teams, contractors, and engineers to implement the architectural designs
  • Ensuring compliance with local and federal building regulations and safety codes
  • Producing and presenting progress reports and design proposals to clients
  • Developing project budgets and timelines and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project
  • Assessing the environmental impact of projects and making recommendations for sustainable practices
  • Keeping up to date with the latest architectural trends and technologies
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Monitor project costs and Job Cost Report, and analyze/forecast Total Cost Projection reports
  • Assist estimating in bidding project
  • Develop, schedule and lead project close-out process
