About The Position

The Architectural Project Manager / Job Captain is a full-time, on-site role based in Annapolis, MD, responsible for leading projects from initial concept through construction completion. This role coordinates internal teams and consultants, manages schedules and budgets, and ensures that design intent and technical quality are maintained throughout all phases. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the development of construction drawings, reviewing submittals, managing communications, and facilitating meetings with project team. The Architectural Project Manager or Job Captain will monitor project progress, address issues in the field, support permitting and approvals. This position requires close collaboration with architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience with Revit.
