In this role, you’ll apply your expertise in precision detailing, complex coordination, and high-quality documentation for large-scale commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects. This role is ideal for an architect or project captain who thrives on technical project work.
Requirements
- AAS degree in Architectural Drafting or a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture
- 7+ years of professional experience in architecture with commercial or industrial building projects
- Revit proficiency
- Strong construction detailing, specifications, and building code knowledge.
- Solid understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Project experience with industrial or mission-critical projects
Nice To Haves
- Architectural licensure is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior staff to develop detailed construction documents for commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects
- Research and apply zoning, site planning, and building code requirements to ensure design compliance.
- Integrate architectural design and documentation with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Produce advanced architectural detailing and specifications for projects.
- Oversee the work of more junior staff
- Communicate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve design and construction challenges.
