About The Position
We are looking for an Architectural Designer I to join our Denver-based design team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is eager to learn and excited to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative design-build environment — with hands-on exposure to remodels, additions, and custom homes, and a clear path to a larger design and technical role over time.
Requirements
- 0–5 years of professional experience in architecture or residential design
- Degree in Architecture or related field preferred
- Working knowledge of Revit (academic or professional)
- Strong desire to learn, high attention to detail, and comfort in a fast-moving environment
- Ownership mindset and willingness to take initiative
Nice To Haves
- SketchUp, Enscape, or Bluebeam a plus
Responsibilities
- Support architects and project leads on residential projects from concept through construction documentation
- Assist with site analysis, zoning and code research, and early design studies
- Develop drawings, models, and details using Revit
- Help produce permit and construction drawing sets
- Coordinate with interiors, pre-construction, and construction teams
- Support redlines, revisions, and documentation updates
- Learn and grow through real project exposure and mentorship
