About The Position

Service Plus Aquatics Inc. is seeking an Architectural Designer / Revit Designer to join their Design Division. This role involves producing accurate 2D and 3D drawings and models for commercial aquatic facility projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical drafting abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and significant hands-on Revit experience in a professional setting. They will collaborate closely with project managers and the design team throughout the design and construction phases.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or a related field
• 1–3+ years of professional, hands-on Revit experience (required)
• AutoCAD experience, including 2D drafting and revisions
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work within established drafting standards and workflows
• Strong communication and team-oriented approach
• Comfortable working full-time on-site

Responsibilities

• Produce Revit models (2D and 3D) for commercial pool and aquatic facility projects
• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, details, and construction documentation
• Assist with AutoCAD drafting, revisions, and as-built updates
• Update drawings based on redlines and markups
• Prepare drawing sets for permit, tender, and construction purposes
• Maintain accurate and organized drawing files and project documentation
• Coordinate drawing revisions with project managers, consultants, and team members
• Support ongoing design and construction documentation requirements
