Requirements

  • 5+ years in U.S.-based architectural design (hospitality, multifamily, or commercial).
  • US Master’s degree required.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas.

Responsibilities

  • Think critically—not just draft—by identifying conflicts, risks, and opportunities in design and documentation
  • Contribute to the quality and clarity of project documents at all phases.
  • Produce design and construction documents in Revit with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with design development through site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and basic material selections.
  • Review drawings for coordination issues and bring questions or concerns forward early.
  • Support redline incorporation and document revisions with care and consistency.
  • Participate in internal coordination meetings and consultant discussions as needed.
  • Research materials, products, and design precedents to support design decisions and standards.
