About The Position
Gispan Design is seeking an Architectural Design Assistant to join its architectural design firm in Sherman Oaks, California. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to create renderings and model shots for clients. The role requires proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD, strong communication and collaboration skills, knowledge of local zoning codes, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. California residents only.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of local zoning codes.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Punctuality and attention to detail.
- Must be a California resident.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in an architectural or design firm.
- A degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Vray, Lumion, 3D Max, and Rhino.
Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO in developing architectural renderings and model shots.
- Use SketchUp and AutoCAD to produce high-quality designs.
- Communicate with project managers to ensure design objectives are met.
- Complete related tasks as needed to contribute to team efforts.
