Additionally, the associate will develop forms, charts, and other construction documents for review by internal decision-makers and future homeowners.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent of 2-5 years' experience in the homebuilding industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop.
Proficiency in Google Sketchup.
Knowledge of residential construction.
Knowledge of structural and mechanical designs.

Responsibilities

Draw accurate and detailed plans using premier CAD technology to illustrate home plans, building materials, and options.
Develop forms, charts, and other construction documents for review by internal decision-makers and future homeowners.
