Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field, combined with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Solution Architecture or similar role, ideally within a complex manufacturing environment.
Expertise in PLM platforms, ideally 3DEXPERIENCE, with demonstrated experience delivering large-scale PLM implementations.
Strong understanding of integrations across PLM, PDM/CAD, MES, and ERP environments, as well as manufacturing process planning concepts.
Ability to analyze and document complex architectures, produce clear technical recommendations, and effectively influence decisions across various stakeholders.
Autonomous and proactive influence leader, capable of mobilizing multidisciplinary teams, driving transformation initiatives, and acting as a change catalyst.

Responsibilities

Act as a Solution Architect for transformational initiatives involving PLM, MES, and SAP platforms.
Translate business needs into technology solutions and guide architecture, integration, and data model decisions.
Partner with Service Owners, Architects, and Business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment across platforms.
Provide technical recommendations, resolve architecture issues and conflicts, and support key decision-making.
Contribute to the implementation and evolution of PLM/MES solutions within a complex manufacturing environment.
