Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field, combined with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Solution Architecture or similar role, ideally within a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in PLM platforms, ideally 3DEXPERIENCE, with demonstrated experience delivering large-scale PLM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of integrations across PLM, PDM/CAD, MES, and ERP environments, as well as manufacturing process planning concepts.
  • Ability to analyze and document complex architectures, produce clear technical recommendations, and effectively influence decisions across various stakeholders.
  • Autonomous and proactive influence leader, capable of mobilizing multidisciplinary teams, driving transformation initiatives, and acting as a change catalyst.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Solution Architect for transformational initiatives involving PLM, MES, and SAP platforms.
  • Translate business needs into technology solutions and guide architecture, integration, and data model decisions.
  • Partner with Service Owners, Architects, and Business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment across platforms.
  • Provide technical recommendations, resolve architecture issues and conflicts, and support key decision-making.
  • Contribute to the implementation and evolution of PLM/MES solutions within a complex manufacturing environment.
