About The Position
A multi-discipline consulting firm is seeking a Project Architect for their growing team in Huntington, New York! This role involves assisting project teams on a variety of projects from design through construction administration, generating and managing the development of architectural design and project drawings, and coordinating architecture and engineering disciplines to develop and execute architectural design concepts. The Project Architect will also serve as a project lead/designer to complete projects on schedule and within budget, and coordinate client communication and teamwork with other disciplines.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture degree from an accredited institution
- 6+ years of experience as a full-time Architect or Architectural Designer
- Ability to define/detail architectural concepts and perform limited code review and program analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM
- Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
Nice To Haves
- Architectural license preferred
