About The Position

This document outlines the general description of the Scope of Services, the extent of services required, the relationship of this Scope of Services to other work, and the agencies or other parties that will interact with the Supplier. The contents of this document are considered representative of the Scope of Services but are by no means conclusive. The role involves upgrading infrastructure systems, including Windows System Center, assisting IT teams and customers with ITIL based incidents and requests on various subjects, and monitoring and managing infrastructure systems (Microsoft Windows and Network and Microsoft 365). The Architect will also act as an infrastructure contact on application and cloud upgrade projects.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in operation and maintenance of Windows in an enterprise environment (min 5 years experience)
• Demonstrated expertise in the use of Microsoft System Center Products (min 5 years experience)
• Demonstrated expertise in the Microsoft 365 platform (min 5 years experience)
• Demonstrated use in ability to work with a team and independently (minimum 5 years experience)
• Candidate must reside in Minnesota

Responsibilities
