About The Position
Sasaki is seeking a mid-level architect or designer with 5-12 years of experience to join their Boston studio as a project designer/project architect. Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- High proficiency in Revit
- Experience with Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication skills—verbal, written, graphic
- A collaborative mindset
- Demonstrated curiosity across practice areas and a desire to grow
- A strong design voice and willingness to share it

- Licensure preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead project strategy and design from concept through delivery
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, schedules, budgets, and sub-consultants
- Present and communicate with clarity to clients, stakeholders, and communities
- Collaborate across practice groups and disciplines to support high-quality work
- Lead, delegate, and critique work effectively
- Mentor junior practitioners and help guide their work
