About The Position

This is a design-forward role for an experienced architect/designer seeking meaningful project ownership, direct access to studio leaders, a collaborative multidisciplinary setting, and room to shape a less-scripted career path. The role blends design creativity, project delivery, technical judgment, documentation, and team leadership across a diverse portfolio that includes clubs and amenities, primary and multi-family housing, and resort and entertainment projects. The successful candidate will work directly with studio leaders and contribute to the creation, documentation, and management of projects at multiple scales. The studio values strong design, hand sketching, side-by-side ideation, and close studio collaboration rather than a purely production-oriented role. The firm emphasizes mentorship, daily check-ins, annual goals, 360-degree feedback, and a learning-oriented environment. Growth is available, but it is not rigidly prescribed. People who take initiative can make their own path and expand their influence. Architecture, landscape architecture, and planning work together, creating opportunities to think beyond a single discipline. The client base looks for solutions that are unique rather than formulaic, creating room for design judgment and original thinking. Flexible work hours and a remote-working policy are in place, with exact expectations to be discussed during the interview process.
