About The Position

Prepare schematics, design development and construction documents. Develop, modify and review production drawings and edit project narratives and specifications. Research materials to determine appropriate selection for project. Plan, coordinate and administer projects from the initial programming stages all the way through to construction administration. Review construction submittals and assist project manager in construction administration. Analyze client problems and develop architectural solutions to those problems.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Architecture (any) or related field of study and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Demonstrated experience with Enscape.
• Demonstrated experience with Lumion.
• Demonstrated experience with AutoCAD.
• Demonstrated experience with Revit.
• Demonstrated experience with SketchUp.
• Demonstrated experience with Adobe Photoshop.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated experience with 3D printing.
• Demonstrated experience with Physical model construction.
• Demonstrated experience with international building code and energy conservation code.
• Demonstrated experience with ADA and FHA requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (any) or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
