About The Position
Nautilus Construction is a dynamic architecture and design firm dedicated to creating innovative, functional, and sustainable environments. Our projects range from residential homes to commercial and mixed-use developments, with a focus on quality, creativity, and client satisfaction. We're looking for an Architect to lead and support projects from concept development through construction administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 3-7 years of professional architectural experience
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and codes
- Excellent design, visualization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and construction documents
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, and specifications
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure projects comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards
- Conduct site visits, project evaluations, and construction observations
- Assist with permitting and regulatory approval processes
- Prepare presentations, design reports, and project documentation
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Participate in client meetings and provide design solutions throughout project development
- Support construction administration and respond to field inquiries
