About The Position

Payette is currently seeking architects with construction administration experience to share in our passion for design. Challenging building types are the focus of our collaborative practice: higher educational facilities for science, research laboratories and healthcare facilities of all types. Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture degree or a Master of Architecture degree
At least ten (10) years of post-graduate professional experience with demonstrated depth in construction administration
Project typology experience in university, healthcare, or laboratory design and renovation
Strong technical acumen, with an understanding of building codes.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and navigate challenging site conditions.
Computer expertise in Revit
Architectural licensure
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with various levels of individuals including clients, consultants, and architects
Ability to juggle multiple tasks, collaborate on large teams and work well under deadlines
High level of organization with the ability to shift priorities when needed and remain focused

Nice To Haves

Strong design and graphics skills
Knowledge of space programming
LEED accreditation is a plus

Responsibilities
