This role involves architecting, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs across multiple teams and business units. The architect will define and manage data structures, design and develop business rules, workflows, and scripting for automation, and establish access controls. They will provide ongoing support for workflow-related issues, enhance Incident and Problem Management workflows, and architect and implement the Change Management module. Additionally, the role includes designing and maintaining the Service Catalog, integrating ServiceNow with other applications, developing reports and dashboards, planning platform upgrades, and implementing the Knowledge Management module. The architect will also identify and resolve performance issues, provide training and documentation, design and maintain the CMDB, and support Jira development and administration activities, including creating and configuring Jira projects and standardizing templates.
