About The Position
ICI Homes, Florida's premier custom homebuilder, is seeking an experienced, licensed Florida Residential Architect to lead design innovation across our four major markets of Daytona Beach, Jacksonville, Tampa and Orlando. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact the architectural vision for award-winning custom luxury estates, providing stability within a highly successful, financially robust, and top-ranked homebuilder. The position involves close collaboration with elite interior designers, project managers, and clients.
Requirements
- Active Florida Registered Architect license (required).
- Minimum 5–7+ years of residential design experience.
- Deep mastery of Florida Building Codes and coastal regulations.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or advanced 3D modeling software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end, residential projects.
