Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives
- Leading and managing Salesforce development projects
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
- Providing technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, custom development, and integration
- Conducting Salesforce platform assessments and recommending improvements
- Ensuring solutions are scalable, robust, and secure
- Mentoring and training team members on Salesforce best practices
