About The Position

The Archibus Database Administrator will work as part of a team supporting data analysis, management, processing, and automation for a Security & Installations/Infrastructure office within the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). Additionally, this position is part of Guidehouse's broader AI & Data horizontal team, offering reach back and connectivity to firm-wide network of data practitioners.

Requirements

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance.
Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a (COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph).
Three (3) years of experience as a Database Administrator
Experience using PostgreSQL and Oracle RDBMS.
Experience creating and run PowerShell applications.
Intermediate to advanced experience in Windows/Linux Administration.
Experience using Tomcat and JBoss Servers.
Archibus experience in system configuration, user and data management, workflow setup, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and database optimization.
Experience integrating Archibus with other enterprise systems: Using APIs or other integration methods, including data migration and ETL processes.

Nice To Haves

Relevant Archibus certifications (or CAFM/IWMS equivalent).
Demonstrated ability in data validation, quality assurance, and implementing data security best practices within Archibus.
Deep understanding of Archibus data structures, tables, relationships, and proficiency in Smart Client and Web Central administration.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) and tools (Confluence, Jira).
Experience with Geographic Information System (GIS)-based platform integration
