The Archery Technician performs various selling and customer service activities, including greeting and acknowledging customers, handling merchandise, providing information, assembling products, and offering direction and instruction. This role supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience. The technician troubleshoots, diagnoses, and tunes archery equipment to ensure safety and proper function, installs accessory items on bows, and demonstrates products. They assist customers by answering technical questions, explaining product operation, and detailing work performed. Continuous technical training is expected to improve proficiency and product knowledge. The role also involves assisting with inventory accuracy, product display, signing, and pricing. Providing a legendary customer experience includes identifying customer needs, making product recommendations, and promoting company programs like CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up. Responsibilities also include replenishing product, maintaining an organized and clean work area, and following company policies and procedures.
