The Archery Technician performs various selling and customer service activities, including greeting customers, handling merchandise, providing information, assisting with product assembly, and offering direction. This role supports a strong commitment to customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience. The technician troubleshoots, diagnoses, and tunes archery equipment to ensure safety and proper function, installs accessories on bows, and demonstrates products to customers. They also answer technical questions, provide product knowledge, and assist with merchandising tasks such as maintaining pricing, inventory accuracy, and product display. A key part of the role is providing a legendary customer experience by identifying customer needs, recommending products, and promoting company programs like CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up. The technician will also replenish product on shelves, keep the work area organized and clean, and follow all company policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned may be required.
