About The Position

This role involves supporting the FACE brand through active engagement in core values: Faith, Attitude, Consistency, and Excellence. The Arcade Team Captain is responsible for leading team members, ensuring excellent guest service, and managing various operational duties within the arcade and potentially other areas of the facility.

Requirements

At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity.
Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision.
Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy.
Ability to work well under pressure during peak times and handle multiple tasks at once.
Ability to grasp, bend, stoop; push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 25 lbs, lift and/or carry.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Must have honesty and Integrity.

Responsibilities

Works with internal and external Guests in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
Anticipates guests’ needs and responds promptly.
Leads Team Members by following FACE Values.
Handles Guest Issues in a kind and professional manner.
Is able to do all required duties on Embed, GURU, and Aloha systems.
Is knowledgeable of all Games and can quickly reset each.
Understands the expectations and set up for every shift.
Able to run each position (Greeter, Good Samaritan, Redemption, Arcade, Retail, and Bowling Attendant) while team members are on break.
Can open/close a location in emergency situations.
Understands how to handle emergency situations.
Is able to handle a Guest or Team Member injury.
Understands how to motivate a team to exceed FACE’s and Guest expectations.
May be required to perform other duties.
