About The Position

The arcade & mini-golf attendant position oversees guests’ entry and exit from the golf course. Responsible for assisting guests with the game card kiosk and prize redemption. Work is performed under the general supervision of Attractions Management.

Requirements

Must be 15 years of age or older
100% attendance of training session
Capabilities to sit for long periods
Must be able to communicate with staff and guests clearly
Comfortable being near people of all ages and genders

Responsibilities

Operate POS register for game card sales, registration, balance checks, & prize redemptions.
Manage the inventory of department supplies, redemption prizes, & arcade game supplies in accordance with company policies & standards.
Conduct all opening and closing procedures (e.g., Restocking supplies, prize room, cranes, game floor, and counter cleaning).
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the store's arcade game inventory and game operations.
Maintain games, signage, & counters to be clear and visually appealing to customers.
Take out trash and replace each bin liner at the end of each shift.
Greet customers and complete all sales transactions.
Perform shift opening and closing duties.
Provide golf balls and clubs to customers at the mini-golf.
Operate cash register, receive payment from customers in cash or credit card, and accurately count and provide change to customers when applicable.
Inspect mini golf course and equipment to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper working order.
Remove trash before the entrance and clear all bins throughout the course.
Other duties as assigned by management.
