About The Position

Lucy Buffett's LuLu's is a Fun, Fast Paced, Family restaurant where Food, Fun, and Music are always a part of our culture. The Arcade Attendant provides friendly, courteous service to guests, management & co-workers of the LuLu's Fun Arcade. This role enhances guest experience through positive interaction and helps guests with questions or issues with games. The attendant also maintains the appearance of the Arcade floor and surrounding areas by regularly cleaning surfaces, floors, doors, display areas, counters and equipment. They will routinely stock, replenish and retrieve redemption merchandise, tokens, tickets & other supplies. Additionally, the attendant will troubleshoot and/or make minor repairs on games and notify supervisors of low inventory and game repair needs.

Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older (some positions may require being 21+)
Ability to provide friendly, courteous service
Ability to interact positively with guests
Ability to maintain cleanliness of the arcade floor and equipment
Ability to stock and replenish merchandise and supplies
Basic troubleshooting and repair skills for games

Responsibilities

Provides friendly, courteous service to guests, management & co-workers of the LuLu's Fun Arcade
Greets & acknowledge guests as they enter the Arcade.
Enhances guest experience through positive interaction.
Helps guests with questions or issues with games
Maintains the appearance of the Arcade floor and surrounding areas by regularly cleaning surfaces, floors, doors, display areas, counters and equipment
Routinely stocks, replenishes and retrieves redemption merchandise, tokens, tickets & other supplies.
Troubleshoots and/or makes minor repairs on games.
