About The Position

The Arcade Attendant plays an important role in creating a fun, safe, clean, and memorable experience for every guest. This position supports daily arcade operations by assisting guests, operating attractions, maintaining the redemption area, helping with point-of-sale transactions, and keeping the arcade floor organized and guest-ready. At FEG, we focus on making memories through laughter and play. Our team members help create fun experiences for families visiting one of Wisconsin Dells’ biggest entertainment destinations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and being part of a high-energy team environment.

Requirements

  • Must be dependable, friendly, and able to work in a fast-paced guest service environment.
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and peak business periods.
  • Must be willing to learn multiple areas of the operation.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods, walk the arcade floor, bend, lift, stock merchandise, and assist with cleaning duties.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service, arcade, retail, hospitality, or cash-handling experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests with a friendly, helpful, and positive attitude.
  • Provide excellent guest service while helping guests with games, prizes, cards, and attractions.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and accurately handle cash, credit cards, vouchers, and game cards.
  • Assist guests with scanning in and out for prize redemption.
  • Operate and monitor attractions such as the Human Crane, Hang Time, and axe throwing areas.
  • Observe guests and attractions to help maintain a safe environment.
  • Answer guest questions about arcade games, attractions, promotions, and merchandise.
  • Restock prizes, tickets, and merchandise displays as needed.
  • Load tickets, prizes, and supplies into machines.
  • Help maintain the redemption store by keeping prizes organized, clean, and properly stocked.
  • Clean games, counters, tables, shelves, and guest areas throughout the shift.
  • Assist with inventory counts and general stocking.
  • Troubleshoot basic game issues, including ticket jams, card reader concerns, or minor guest-related machine issues.
  • Report equipment issues or safety concerns to leadership.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to a supervisor or manager when needed.
  • Take out trash and assist with overall cleanliness and organization.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the General Manager or leadership team.
