About The Position
Graham Technologies is seeking an ARC Specialist to execute day-to-day Automated Records Check tasks within PERSEC, ensuring timely event processing, accurate documentation, and compliance with IRTPA/DNI mandates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a field related to personnel security.
- 3-6 years of personnel security experience in the DoD/IC.
- Experience reviewing SF-85/SF-86 and scoping.
- Ability to analyze repositories, including DISS/JPAS, Scattered Castles, NP2, eQIP, PIPS/CVS, SAVE, TIDE, NCIC, and FBI Name Check.
Nice To Haves
- Experience determining the classifiability of electronic fingerprint
- Understanding of PII requirements for Special Agency Checks.
Responsibilities
- Support PERSEC and ARC programs and briefings.
- Maintain accurate data in PeopleSoft, DISS, RapBack, and SharePoint.
- Respond to inquiries and perform checks in internal and external repositories.
- Document actions in systems of record and maintain all ARC-related files.
- Collect, investigate, and document ARC events and forward relevant info to adjudications.
- Ensure ARC actions are completed within mandated timelines and under 30 days for each case.
- Prepare ARC reports using established templates and update ePSF and investigations modules.
- Conduct and support Special Agency Checks for spouses/cohabitants.
