About The Position

The Arby's Cashier provides guests with fast, friendly, and clean service. The role includes maintaining inventory, operating cash registers, and keeping the restaurant clean and presentable. Cashiers are expected to deliver excellent guest service and contribute to a guest-focused, team-oriented culture. Team members may also have opportunities to train for and gain experience in other roles at Pilot Company travel centers and restaurants.

Requirements

• Incredible guest service skills and the ability to maintain a guest-focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain Arby's processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
