Requirements

No prior landscaping experience required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
Reliable transportation to the office or jobsite.
Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

Execute work following the direction of Arbor Crew Leaders and Account Managers
Perform duties associated with commercial arbor work such as pruning and removing trees, chipping tree debris, air spading, root pruning, brush clearing and stump grinding
Maintain, inspect, and safely operate a variety of equipment such as hand and power saws, wood chippers, blowers, hedge trimmers, brush cutters, compressors and stump grinders
Communicate concerns about tree health or potential hazard to property and public safety to crew lead
Work collaboratively with people from all backgrounds emphasizing communication for cooperation and collaboration
Take care of all equipment, materials, and uniforms
Attend training classes and certifications as needed or instructed by supervisors
Follow Clean Scapes safety policies and guidelines
Other duties as assigned
