Requirements

  • In-depth understanding and hands on experience with Salesforce Service, Sales and Marketing Cloud administration.
  • Proficient in SOQL/SQL query languages.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including visualization tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform’s development and APEX language.
  • Basic concepts of object oriented programming and cloud technologies.
  • Attention to detail to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
  • Ability to evaluate end to end solutions for effectiveness, risk and operational integrity.
  • Strong communication management skills.
  • Ability to centralize and distribute relevant information based on operational needs.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Required Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 4 years of technical support experience.
  • 3 years of operations management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Revenue Operations needs.
  • System bug triage, business process support, technical advisory, business requirements gathering, SOX controls.
  • Provide expert level technical support, address user issues, troubleshoot problems and ensure timely resolution of system related incidents.
  • Identify areas of improvement to increase process efficiencies and data integrity.
  • Provide solutions in accordance with industry best practices and company policy.
  • Conduct key performance indicator (KPI) analysis and provide operational reporting to leadership.
  • Provide overall direction and set objectives for the accounts receivable AR and Collections system operations.
  • Review and approve system changes in accordance with industry and Salesforce standards.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to provide technical advisory, business requirements gathering.
  • Support large company projects and other initiatives that impact Revenue Operations systems.
  • Work closely with IT and other business units to execute new technology or functionality implementations.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for supported systems and procedures.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance for team members.
  • Participate in structured training for end users.
