Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Accounts Receivable in leu of degree
• Highly motivated, responsible, goal-oriented, and detail-oriented
• Excellent data entry and problem-solving skills
• Strong Work Ethic
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges

Responsibilities

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and Vlookups
• Analyze, match, prepare invoices
• Data management and reconciliation
• Process payments
• Manage and organize Accounts receivables
• Assist in invoice processing and Data entry
