About The Position

We are seeking an experienced AR Manager to oversee and coordinate US payment activities to suppliers and collections from customers, as well as monitor worldwide accounts receivable and payable functions. This role involves managing a dedicated team and working cross-functionally with Treasury, Supply Chain, and Sales departments.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Previous experience with large organizations is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with large ERP systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with invoicing processing tools, especially Coupa.
  • Familiarity with Concur for expense management.
  • Strong understanding of cash applications tools.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent listening, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed professional with initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate all US payment activities and customer collections.
  • Monitor worldwide accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of a team consisting of AR Lead, AP Lead, and Cash Applications.
  • Serve as the primary contact for questions, escalations, and decision-making within the team.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Assist with invoice processing using tools like Coupa.
  • Oversee expense management and travel using Concur.
  • Engage in cross-functional work with Treasury, Supply Chain, and Sales.
  • Create journals and manage documentation initiatives.
