Requirements

  • Experience in AR, claims follow‑up, or denial management
  • Comfort communicating with insurance payers
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Review outstanding accounts receivable and prioritize follow‑up based on payer aging
  • Work rejected and denied claims across multiple payer types
  • Analyze denial reasons and determine root cause
  • Identify denial trends and collaborate with leadership to improve outcomes
  • Communicate with payers via payer portals and phone calls
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Adapt quickly to changes, including working different payers as business needs evolve
