Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in financial or operational data analysis (AR or accounting preferred)
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, including data modeling and dashboard creation
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with Microsoft D365, Salesforce, or similar systems preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to automation tools or AI-driven solutions is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure AR performance and effectiveness
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into collections, cash flow, and operational metrics
  • Analyze cash forecasts vs. actuals, identify variances, and recommend improvements
  • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with clear, data-driven insights
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to provide ad hoc reporting and analysis
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline data, and enhance forecasting accuracy
  • Translate complex data into clear, concise summaries for leadership
  • Ensure data integrity across systems, including D365 and Salesforce
  • Implement and support automation and AI-driven solutions to reduce manual work
