About The Position

As an Aquatics Swim Instructor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, helping both adults and children improve their swimming. This role involves teaching life skills to the youngest members and evaluating their swimming ability to ensure correct swim level placement. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the Aquatics Facilities. Requirements

  • Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
  • CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard Certifications (within 60 days of hire)
  • Complete and pass all Life Time courses when hired
  • Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services
  • Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
  • Ability to routinely raise to lift more than 20 lbs

  • Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events
